Torture continues in Egypt

Despite of Mubarak's ousting and the recent layoff of scores of military and police personnel torture is still being reported from victims and their families out of Egypt.

There are signs of small improvments though as this Reuters Africa report suggests where police men were arrested to be investigated after being involved in the death of Mohamed Sayyid Bilal, 32 after being tortured to his death in January of 2011.
